Feature Requests

Scenario: the contact is going through a nurturing workflow that has tens of scheduled weekly emails. However, we want to promote a new product to this contact. It would be great to pause that contact's flow in the nurturing workflow (based on tag applied for example) until the promo period is over. That's just one scenario that functionality could be used for.

Ability to ad input field together with multiple choice in surveys. Example: What is your favourite colour? a) Blue, b) Yellow, c) Other, specify: ______________

Add a option to add sms when using a notification inside a workflow, along with the existing options.

Add ability to move customer from one path to another path inside a workflow.

It would be great if I could remove someone from a workflow, with a workflow step in another workflow

I would like to be able to set a recurring event to end at midnight of the last day (in addition to exactly X days after sign-up)

Allow customers to create conditional split paths based on weather or not a particular email has been opened by the contact.

Would love a button on the surveys that allow people to go back and change their answers. Thank you!

I wish there was a way to implement mass automations to all my worksflows, funnels, etc. For example, It would be cool to create an automations where "If customer buys specific product at specific/any price point" THEN "unsubscribe from selected workflows" AND "subscribe to selected segment" Kartra does this and it makes it so much easier to do a mass automation instead of having to set up these desired automations in each and every workflow that it's needed in.
