Allow customers to create conditional split paths based on weather or not a particular email has been opened by the contact.

Add a option to add sms when using a notification inside a workflow, along with the existing options.

I would like to include the scheduled date and time in the confirmation email when individuals book a call using the appointment tool

It would be helpful to be able to create my own merge tags so that appointment reminders can be specific to the person who scheduled the appoinment.

I would love to be able to change the rebill date in a workflow. The primary functionality for me would be for an invisible funnel, were they get access to an event for free, but are billed for the event 72 hours after the event. Right now the rebill date (or the bill date after a free trial) is set to a number of days. So I either have to update the product daily OR I have to change the bill date to 72 hours after the event. It would be great if I could do that in a workflow

Have the ability to send email notifications when someone opts in, with the contacts information, just like in CF classic

Add additional fields. You have no date fields for clients' birthdays. If I switch my CRM from Keap to CF (Which is what I want to do) I will have to stop sending digital birthday cards which will reflect badly on me. With Keap you can create your very own date and name fields. Please add this so you can complete with Keap, so we have more options ASAP. Thank you.

Add ability to move customer from one path to another path inside a workflow.

It would be great if I could remove someone from a workflow, with a workflow step in another workflow

Please add a feature where we can archive them. Not just the other workflows.
