Reduce Failed Payments and Involuntary Churn
We've added a new Card Expiration filter to the Orders Index, making it easy to identify and manage orders tied to expiring or expired payment methods.

You can now filter orders by card expiration date using conditions like "is on or after [date]" to quickly surface orders with upcoming or expired cards. This helps you proactively reach out to customers before their cards expire, reducing failed payments and preventing involuntary churn.
How to use it:
- Navigate to the Orders Index and open the Filter menu
- Look for the new Card Expiration attribute
- Apply date-based conditions (e.g., "is on or after today") to narrow results
- Select all filtered results and export—Card Expiration is also available as a column in the export
