Trial Notifications, Expiring Commissions Tracking, and Ban Management
We've made several improvements to the affiliate experience, helping affiliates stay informed and take action on time-sensitive commissions.
What's improved:
🔔 Trial Sign-Up Notifications
: Affiliates now receive in-app notifications in their Customer Portal when a prospect signs up for a trial using their affiliate link. ⏰ Expiring Commissions Tracking
: The affiliate commissions list now includes filter tabs (Pending / Expiring / Paid / Payout Pending / Expired / All) with counts, making it easier to track commissions by status. A new "Expiring Commissions" card on the dashboard shows commissions at risk of hitting the 120-day expiration deadline, with an orange "Expiring" badge for commissions within the warning window. 
🚫 Ban Management
: Banned affiliates are now redirected to a dedicated page explaining their status, and admins see warning banners with unban options for easier management.
