Workspace Email Settings SMTP - need dropdown to choose encryption type

Please enable TLS encryption on port 587 for custom smtp servers in workspace email setup. Without this, we cannot use 3rd party email servers that only support TLS encryption. I'm using AppRiver and am receiving 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type
