Allow users to share a theme with other workspaces / accounts.

In my opinion this is a non-optional feature. This and moving a workspace in whole to another account were touted by Russel as features at the launch of CF 2.0. Don't get me wrong I love CF 2.0 but there are so many things that are not done yet it should be embarrassing to the CF dev team

It would be really helpful to be able to transfer a them from one workspace to another workspace. After spending so much time creating a theme in one workspace, it is gut-wrenching to have to start all over in another workspace. Thanks
