Currently, it is possible to map responses to Contact Attributes for "Choice" type questions in Survey Workflows, but this functionality is not available for "Image Choice" questions.

Feature requested: Add the "Contact Attribute" option to the Image Choice question settings, similar to what exists for standard Choice questions.
