Along with the Name, Email and Phone Number it would be nice to also have the ability to enter Shipping Address input fields.

Example - I have a funnel where the customer can choose to either receive Only a Digital Download (name and email only) OR they can receive a Physical Copy of the content (name, email and shipping address).

To collect this info within a Funnel will take at least 2 pages because of the multiple submit buttons needed to save the 2 options, where the shipping address fields would all have to be set to required, thus throwing an error when only the name and email are entered.

Because the Survey element does not act as a Funnel Step, a Split in the Survey could collect the info seamlessly and save it to the Customer Database as Name, Email and Shipping Address
