Subtitles and dubbing
Dimitri FOURNIOUX
It would be great if CF 2.0 could offer us the possibility of inserting SRT files (subtitles) and external audio tracks (dubbing) directly into our videos in our Funnel Hub, on our funnel pages... as YouTube does so well.
If we want this solution, we have to integrate the YouTube video directly (leaving it as "Unlisted").
What's more, people can watch the video on YouTube instead, which takes it out of our funnel.
To reach a wider audience, this feature could be revolutionary.

Change the video player which is used for video uploaded to user assets so it offers a option to turn on closed captioning, providing a text copy of the audio in the video.

Give sutlers who speak another language subtitles in the language of their choice. Start with the most spoken languages.

Yes, this is a necessary feature for accessibility for us to be ADA compliant.

I second this! It would be extremely useful for our international customers

This is mandatory. I don't have a clue why it's not added yet.

Similarly, I would like to request a player that allows for the upload of separate .srt (or similar) files. I'd like to offer my course in multiple languages and to do so at the moment, I'd need to upload a different version of the entire course (all 237 lessons) for each language with burned-in subtitles in each separate video.

Robert Beck: Oh wow that's even worse than my need to offer closed captions to the hearing impaired that's a lot of work for you!

Any movement on this? I have a deaf person in my training right now and she's in my 1.0 course but all my new content is moving to 2.0 and she can't use it.

Inclusion and Accessibility are a huge deal for the corporate organizations I serve.
Having a video player with Closed Caption (cc) is a must.
Can you please address this limitation sooner?
I am currently hosting my training videos on vimeo because of privacy and the cc, and I got super excited to see that CF 2.0 can privately host videos.
However, it is a challenge not to have the cc available.
Using alternative ways to display visually the cc from other tools is an added work/step that shouldn't be.
Thank you for the support!!

Video Captions

The primary reason I moved to clickfunnels 2.0 over 1.0 was for my videos to be hosted on here so that clients cannot share the videos with other people which has been happening on the 1.0 version so embeded videos are not an option. I know how to add captions onto videos with capcut. It's a long and annoying process. Muse.ai will auto generate the captions but the annual cost of hosting 500 hours of videos on there is more than the annual cost of clickfunnels 2.0. I only need captions for my deaf clients and that is by far not the majority of my clients so I don't want to add them into the videos. I want them to be able to be turned off and on like they are on youtube or muse.ai or vimeo. I'd like to see auto captions added to uploaded videos. Thank you!
