Need customers to be able to shop our sites and sign up for subscriptions. There should also be the option to afford them a discount (i.e. free shipping for signing up).

I know this is possible from funnels, but I'm selling fresh, consumable products (perhaps multiple!) that people want to continue to receive. I need people to be able to SHOP my site and sign up if they'd like from there.
