There is a system-level trigger for subscription.trial_converted, but it is not available as a workflow trigger, unlike Subscription Canceled.

This gives the ability to trigger a workflow based on the trial being converted to a full subscription.

We send out a gift every time a subscription is converted and want to trigger a workflow each time.
