Set up an automatic redirect of all the subpages of the website to the www. equivalent.

At the moment a website that would be testwebsite.com can be redirected to www.testwebsite.com, but any subpage testwebsite.com/articles brings back an error as an automatic redirect cannot be setup in clickfunnels at the moment which is problematic (it can't be set up anywhere else either)
