In the cart funnels, there is a separate email that goes out for the main order, and then each individual upsell and downsell. This should all go out as one email as to not confuse customers and look like the system doesn't know what its doing.

When a customer purchases multiple products throughout a funnel (including OTOs and upsells or downsells), each product is processed as a separate transaction, creating multiple orders and separate email receipts.
This causes several serious problems:
- Customer Experience: Customers receive multiple receipts and transaction notifications for what they perceive as a single purchase. It’s confusing and not standard ecommerce behavior.
- Fulfillment Chaos: Our client uses a third-party fulfillment provider. When multiple orders come in from the same customer — even seconds apart — the fulfillment system treats them as separate shipments. This results in: Multiple shipping charges, wasted packaging, delayed or split deliveries and lost profit
- No Backend Consolidation: There’s no way in the ClickFunnels backend to see a full order history per customer that reflects everything they purchased in one funnel session.
In our recent use case building a sales funnel for a physical product, we’ve had to jump through hoops trying to manually piece together customer orders. We were told by support that the only solution is a Zapier workaround but that’s a patch, not a fix.
Please consider implementing a functionality that allows all funnel purchases to be grouped into a single order with one transaction and receipt, or at minimum, consolidated into a single customer view with unified shipping logic.
This would make ClickFunnels dramatically more usable for anyone selling physical products with multiple upsells in the same funnel (as we are encouraged to do because that is the point of selling products with a sales funnel). This would be especially helpful for those relying on 3rd-party logistics where having seperate orders for different products in the same funnel for the same customer becomes a headache in the backend.

I am uncomfortable making upsell pages due to the number of emails the customer receives. It's very unprofessional and clutters their email boxes. There needs to be ONE order email confirmation, despite the number of order bumps made.

There is bug with system order confirmation email as its triggers twice same order confirmation email for main product & its order bump product, which may confused the purchaser so pls. get it fixed asap

This is also causing my warehouse (3PL) to send multiple packages! The power of the Cart Funnel is the Up Sell and Down Sell process, but this flaw wipes out that benefit - very frustrating! The additional sales are now causing me to lose money because of the additional overhead cost with my 3PL. When will this be fixed? This problem does not exist on other platforms. If I can't sell my product on CF I will have to go to another platform. I've learned a TON from Russell Brunson. I would prefer to do business with him, but my business is dead without this fix.

Currently purchases done on a order form, upsell, downsell, etc generate a separate order for each page. We want the option for all the purchases merged into a single order. This will allow for an easier and more streamlined customer service. Also, it will help when using integrations to manage a single order instead of "multiple" orders

It is not possible to group every purchase made in the funnel as one order. We want that Order should be one. Flow is Order Page, Upsell, Downsell > This should add all these products to single Order
