Send a email to customer when they upgrade or downgrade a subscription product. Confirming what they have just done, similar to the email which goes out after a purchase.

User can now setup workflow triggers for both upgrades & downgrades.
Then in the workflow users can create whatever kind of follow up they want. Including confirmation emails.

This is definitely needed ASAP. I've spent days on this with my funnels thinking they were malfunctioning because I can't get an appropriate receipt sent out. If it confuses me, it's going to confuse my customers and result in numerous customer service requests on the backend.
I get an appropriate receipt on upsells in my physical product funnel but not my membership funnels

This should be mandatory, otherwise what the customer is receipted for does not match what they have purchased and been billed for on CF. For example, if someone subscribes to a 10kg bag of dog food subscription and they secure a OTO for a 20kg subscription, they dont have any conformation or receipt for the actual subscription they have purchased. Needs to be rectified ASAP.
