Scrollable Navigation Side Bar (When Lots Of Pages)

Would love to have the side bar cut off at the bottom of the page instead of extending down super far and leaving a bunch of empty space. It would be nice if we could have a scrollable area when there are a bunch of pages that would extend beyond the pages height.

btw I am using this sidebar in one of my courses that has a bunch of lessons in the picture attached. You can see that there is a bunch of dead white space on the right. Another potential option is to have the content on the right side be sticky and flow with the page as you scroll down.
