Schedule Broadcast Emails Based on Customer's Local Timezone
Justin Cheng
Currently, ClickFunnels allows users to schedule broadcast and workflow emails to be sent at a specific time based on a selected timezone or the workspace's default timezone. This approach doesn't account for customers spread across different timezones, leading to emails arriving at suboptimal times for many recipients.
Feature Proposal:
Introduce the ability to schedule emails to be sent at a specific local time for each customer based on their individual timezone. For example, setting a broadcast email to go out at 9 AM would mean that each customer receives the email at 9 AM in their own timezone.
Benefits:
Improved Engagement: Emails arrive when customers are most likely to read them, boosting open and click-through rates.
Personalized Experience: Demonstrates consideration for customers' local time, enhancing their experience with your brand.
Efficient Global Communication: Simplifies the process of reaching a worldwide audience effectively without complex segmentation or multiple campaigns.
Use Case:
A marketer wants to send a morning update to all subscribers. With this feature, they can schedule the email once for 9 AM, and it will automatically be sent to each customer at 9 AM their time, regardless of where they are in the world.

Sending emails to different time zones automatically

I would like to be able to have a setting that automatically detects a customer's time zone based on their profile address from a purchase and delays sending the email until the appropriate time according to the receiver's time zone. In other words, if I have a client on Pacific time but I live in Eastern time, I want to be able to set up the email to go out one hour before the live meeting according to the customer's time zone. If the meeting is at 7pm eastern, I want it to go out at 6pm central, 5pm mountain and 4pm pacific.
