It's shameful .. I've been arguing with customer service for 3 weeks after learning one of the worst news I've received this year
I spent months of work building my video course, building all the funnel pages..
And in the meantime I used my external stripe and put the checkout link on the landing page buttons, Non Paymant AI of Click funnel
Because to build all the up down sell and OTO products .. it took me time and since I was selling with the stripe link anyway I said I'll do it in the future
My intended goal was to create the video course and then I said to myself then calmly I'll set myself up properly and build all the funnels properly and move everything to Payment
Well now MY WORKSPAE WORK AREA IS TO BE THROWN AWAY
I sell in Italy in € and it's not clear why once you set a currency you can no longer change it but what nonsense!!!!
so how does shopify do it????

And I didn't even remember doing it, I mean there's a transaction at $0
yes $0!!!! As a test I had done
I lost all my work all the pages all the courses
my main domain.. a mess to move everything. Better to change at this point!
They told me I can transfer with framework but after that comes another slap in the face
You have to wait who knows 2-3 weeks so I can't even start again in a new work area it's in beta...
Also the whole configuration of my payment ai account has to be redone since it's in USD
In short, disappointment at the highest levels
I didn't expect this from russel.. from one of the best marketers in the world

I mean I never made a transaction. A trial one at $0, all I had to do was have some technician fix it and change it to eur, so I wouldn't lose all my work
But no
I'm disappointed. I'm going somewhere else and I'll leave a negative review
You have no idea how many hours I spent building the video course and the pages

I'm on france and i sell arround the world
however, i cant use adaptative pricing or payments ai
my main gateway is stripe, who has adaptative payments, but with clickfunnels they aren't available.
if custumers see the price on they currency, check out conversion is over 30% higher
i have a good initiate check out statistic but low conversion, maybe because of this and i would like to improve my stats

Selling in small countries like Denmark, Sweden and Norway we ned to be able to have Multiple currencies. Also for international orders GBP and USD kind of turn each other off. For me, it is a showstopper.

This is so frustrating. I tested a product when only USD was the available currency and now I can't change it. It's such a basic feature that inferior platforms are offering. I don't get why CF2.0 doesn't have it?

Oh Oh Oh....one feature CF is lacking indeed!
The option to chose different currencies (even after an order is placed) is a must have tool for such an advanced company that CF is. Piece of cake this should be.
I'm a newbie to funnels and only after spending about 3 months figuring out all the nuts and bolts to create and make my funnels work fine, I (unknowingly) did a trial order by purchasing an actual product. My credit card was charged (no one's fault but my lack of experience) and the USD currency was set.
I'm starting in the UK / GBP.
Having to charge the equivalent in USD will put some off as some people are not switched on to exchange rates.
A £250 product in today's exchange is $313.57.
Some will 'think' 313.57 GPB and not 250. This 'monetary figure' could tip the edge for some.
Will be great to see this as a new function for every funnel.

This is huge ... my main workspace is set to USD which is fine for low ticket.
Most of my mid-high ticket clients are in Europe and always want to pay in GBP or EUR. I'm constantly in Stripe generating links in GBP and EUR.
In CF 1.0, I was able to just set up a separate checkout page for EUR and GBP. This fix would be amazing.
