I need my customer to easily cancel their subscription.
In my software (which runs subscriptions through clickfunnels) the user hits a "cancel account" button. This SSO's them to their account redirecting them to the cancellation funnel. I have a big red button on that page which is supposed to cancel their subscription. (this is what Clickfunnels AI Support said to do referencing the documentation)
Peter at CF Support says this is not supported, that they need to:
  1. Go to the customer center account login page
  2. Generate a sign in code via email
  3. Go to their email to get the sign in code
  4. Return to the login page and enter the sign in code
  5. Click the subscriptions tab
  6. Click the triple dot button next to the appropriate subscription
  7. Click Manage Subscription
  8. Click the Cancel Subscription link under their plan
  9. This lands them on the cancellation funnel page, and then they have to click the "big red cancel" button
You can see how 9 steps for the customer is far too many to cancel their account.
The cancellation process is too complicated and confusing for my customer. They shouldn't need a tutorial video to show them how to successfully cancel an account. I need this process to be self-serve and easy.
