Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to adjust the font size of the "terms and conditions" text in the checkout element. It's a massive inconvenience because there is a large difference between the size of my overall checkout font and this specific line

Currently, you can only modify the font color, apply bold, italic, underline, or strikethrough formatting, and add a hyperlink to the text.
