When the clients schedule an appointment. I want to send emails to remind them the appointment. I had issues when a lot of people who scheduled an appointment did not show up.

I am happy to announce this feature is now possible.
You can do this by:
- Triggering a workflow to start on Appointment Scheduled
- Add Create Opportunity action in workflow (to something like, Appointment Scheduled)
- Send as many reminder emails and delays as you'd like in the workflow
- Add an Appointment Completed Stage in your Opportunity Board
- Add automation when entering this stage to add a tag
- After your call, slide the contact card to the Completed stage
- Have a conditional goal step at the bottom of the workflow based on that tag (so it skips the other reminder emails and completes the workflow)
