Hi can we relax the bounce requirements. The system automatically updates the status to "Undeliverable" after one bounce, even soft bounces. It should only do this after 3-4 attempts or give us the ability to set custom rules. 3 out of 4 of my test emails were flagged "Undeliverable" when setting up the smtp because of a misconfiguration on sendgrids end. The emails were eventually delivered but the emails are still flagged "Undeliverable".

I'm seeing similar things with emails. Roughly 1/3 of lead magnet email opt-ins, which appear to be totally legitimate email addresses, are being marked as undeliverable for me.

At the moment, the first time that a mail bounce you flag the contact as Undeliverable, but for my experience at least 50-60% of the time (if the mail is right) if you try to send the mail several time in 1 week for example, at the end the contact is reachable. So on my opinion you should find a solution to don't flag the contact as Undeliverable just for one bounce.
