There are a lot of requests merged in this post. Email is not just email in a CRM. There is a marketing side and a sales side. For marketing, when you send out a campaign you need to track open rates and actions best you can (with Apple screwing it up with the privacy stuff). On the sales side, you need to send individual emails and see the replies. You also need the ability to send attachments. It appears CF is recommending to use an email client (Office365), the bad news is you lose all the tracking if you do that. We need a solution where we can track campaigns (for marketing) and send and receive replies plus track opens in individual email with attachments (for sales).

Send and receive individual emails in CRM

It would be great to be able to send and receive individual emails in the CRM.

For the time being we have to use a third-party service to receive emails from existing/potential clients. In our case we use Office365. We would like to receive emails within ClickFunnels without having to use an external party. Is this something you have considered doing in the future? Otherwise, how do we have complete control over the responses we receive when we send out emails?

Hi Mercy Gill! Thanks for the feature request. As it stands today you can add your company's Office365 email address as a sending address so that replies will be sent to your existing inbox. You can do that by setting up a DKIM key for your domain. Here's an article on how to do that: https://help.myclickfunnels.com/hc/en-us/articles/10059738181911-How-To-Add-and-Verify-DKIM-Keys

Mark Weisberg: If I understood correctly this works with an email using an Office365 domain email, right ___@outlook.com (or hotmail, etc.). But if one intends to use an email account with the domain one is using the only solution is to integrate it in a 3rd party email provider like Google or Zoho and pay for it, right?
