Delete a Broadcast

Please add a feature that can delete/ unsend the broadcast which is accidentally sent. Plus delete the broadcasts that are used for testing, otherwise the testing broadcast get lined up and make it hard to organize the real ones we send to our clients.

Users can now, pause edit & resume broadcasts after they start to send.
