I’d love to see a customizable FAQ accordion element in the page editor that shows/hides content based on user tags for more personalized landing pages.

Details:

Setup: ClickFunnels user (Pro plan, 2025), building funnels for coaching services with the page editor.

Context: The new accordion element is great for FAQs, but I want to tailor content dynamically. For example, show specific FAQs to users tagged “VIP” or “New Lead” after form submissions.

Current Limitation: Current accordion lacks tag-based conditional display, limiting personalization. Static FAQs don’t adapt to user segments, reducing engagement.

Proposed Feature:

Add a customizable FAQ accordion element with tag-based logic (e.g., show/hide sections if a user has specific tags).

Allow styling options (colors, fonts) to match branding, similar to text styling controls.

Integrate with contact tags from CRM for dynamic content, like the contact profile element.

Use Case: A coaching funnel could show “Advanced Tips” FAQs to “VIP” users and “Getting Started” FAQs to “New Lead” users, boosting engagement.

Goal: Increase conversions by delivering relevant FAQs based on user behavior or tags.

Why It’s Needed:

Tag-based content is already requested for pages/emails, and this would extend that to FAQs.

Enhances user experience with personalized, scannable content, especially for mobile.

Aligns with ClickFunnels’ focus on automation and CRM.
