Crucial Localization: Manually Edit Survey Workflow Fields & Set Default Country Code

The Survey Workflow element is powerful, but the final "Contact Info" step has two major flaws that severely hurt conversion rates for all non-US users.
After contacting support (Ticket reference: Emmanuel), I was told these features do not exist and I should post them here. These are critical for international business.
Problem 1: Cannot Translate/Edit Field Labels The fields "Name", "Email", and "Phone Number" are locked in English. There is no setting (no gear icon) to manually edit these labels.
Why this is a problem: Support suggested it might auto-translate based on browser language, but this is not a reliable solution. We need to control our own copy to match our audience's language (e.g., Chinese, Spanish, German, etc.) and maintain a professional, consistent user experience.
Problem 2: Cannot Set a Default Country Code The phone field always forces the user to manually scroll through a massive list of countries. Support confirmed there is no way to set a default.
Why this is a problem: This is a major point of friction. If my audience is 99% in Taiwan (+886), forcing every user to hunt for their code is terrible UX and causes many people to abandon the form.
Required Solutions (Our Feature Request):
We urgently need two settings added to the Survey Workflow's "Contact Info" step:
- Ability to Manually Edit Field Labels: Please give us the ability to simply type in our own labels and placeholder text for "Name", "Email", and "Phone".
- Ability to Set a Default Country Code: Please add a setting where we can define the default country code that loads for the phone field (e.g., I could set it to "+886").
These are not "nice-to-have" features; they are essential localization controls needed for ClickFunnels to be truly effective for your global customer base. Thank you.
