If we had the ability to use external software via an API to view / reply to chats, SMS, emails, etc this would allow external chatbot software to integrate directly into ClickFunnels, which would be a huge gamechanger! In my opinion this is CRITICAL to the success of Clickfunnels so that AI can be integrated!
