Create a Custom Tax field for Orders Outside US: Name and % to charge.

If you are in Mexico, the Tax is 16%, Canada depends from 5% up, and Europe varies a lot. So while the other countries are added or fixed, add a "Custom Tax" so I can add the name of my client country tax to that Custom Tax Name (IVA, VAT, etc) and you can add a percentage, 16%, 5%, etc. So, you have a product, set it to "taxable product" add the name of the tax and the % to charge from that product. This is so the clients can see the product price and the tax on the invoice. This would be so helpful for clients outside US while the including other countries on Payments AI

I would like to be able to set up the taxes for my country manually, so in Spain we can charge VAT for people in Spain but for the rest of the world it would be without VAT. I think that's very important to fullfill our administrative obligations. I think that a functionality that allows me to select the percentage and the countries or areas where ir is applied (better areas because in Canarian Islands there's no VAT) would be great.
