Show Community Posts ONLY To Specific Members

It would be AMAZING if some posts can be shown to certain members by connecting tags and other filters.
For example, this would allow us to recommend or promote one of our products but only show it to people that have not yet purchased it...and thus it would not be shown to anyone that has purchased it.

It would be amazing to be able to show or hide sections of pages, emails, etc. based on specific tags.
For example, let's say that I have a daily email that I send out to my entire list, but for that day specifically I want to promote a specific product. I would love to hide that section for people that are TAGGED as buyers for that product.
