If there is a domain assigned to a workspace, block the deletion of that workspace until the domain is removed.

If you delete a workspace with a domain attached, it gets locked up and cannot be added to another workspace without engineering support intervention.

This check would stop that from happening, but forcing the removal of an attached domains.

You could remove them automatically in the workspace deletion process, or just check first before allowing deletion. Either method would be fine.
