Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know an easy workaround for this until this feature request is released.
This is already possible if you follow the instructions below: https://www.loom.com/share/e76f4c9873dd4063a623633205d2099f
- Simply upload your file to the "My assets" downloads section
- copy the link to your asset
- Add a button to your lesson and paste your link
I hope this helps!

Lesson resources element

There is a feature in thrive apprentice where you can add lesson resources into a specific lesson and then it will dynamically populate a pre-designed element in the theme. For example downloads and links to external sites. This would make creating courses in cf2.0 10x better.

Just like you have an option to upload video of sound- should be option to upload attachment like word document/excel/pdf etc

I would like to see this added to buttons. So when setting the action from a button there is a dropdown. It would be great to choose "Link an asset" then we can choose the asset. This would increase workflow much more. I know there is a work around, but its cumbersome.

I have been given a work around for this by the help desk. You can add a button under each lesson, I called mine - "Download today's hand out" and then redirect to the URL of your digital asset. It does mean going back into each lesson, but it works a treat. Hope this helps

Dimitri FOURNIOUX: Please see the pinned post for the workaround for now. Thank you for your patience. We see this is a high voted for feature. We will be in discussion about it soon.

Add Downloadable assets

It would be great if you could add the opportunity to add downloadable assets, such a work sheet to lessons. This will allow access to worksheets that are only relevant to that particular lesson.
