I did some research before setting up my account and it seemed that there was a way to know if someone watched my webinar or not so I could then trigger the correct emails however I just found out this isn't the case. This would be a really useful tool for targeting emails and to know if people are engaging. Ideally to know how long they stayed so you know where you may be losing people.
