As of July 3rd, 2025, the CSV export for trial data in the affiliate dashboard does not include the email address of the customer — which is a critical limitation for ClickFunnels affiliates.
- Affiliates need access to customer email addresses for trial signups in order to:
- Trigger onboarding and bonus delivery automations (which are key to our affiliate offer)
- Add trial users to our email automation platforms for nurture sequences
Track and support each referred user properly
The recent addition of UTM data to the trial CSV export was a great step forward. However, without the email address of the referred user, the export is incomplete and limits our ability to follow up, provide support, or convert trials into paying customers.
Please consider adding the email address field to the trial export CSV. This would dramatically improve our ability to nurture leads, deliver value during their trial period, and increase retention — which ultimately helps both affiliates and ClickFunnels succeed.

Us ClickFunnels Affiliates need access to the email addresses of people who sign up for trials under our affiliate link to:
- Trigger onboarding and bonus delivery automations (key to our offer)
- Add trial users to email automation software integrations to trigger nurture sequences
- Track and support each referred user properly
The UTM data was recently added to the trial CSV export, which is great for tracking where trials came from, but without the email of the referred customer who signed up for a trial, the export is incomplete and limits our ability to follow up with leads.
Please consider adding the email address field to the trial export CSV. This would dramatically improve the effectiveness and scalability of affiliate strategies to help nurture and retain trials by adding them to email automation follow-up sequences by providing support and added value during their trial stage, to increase retention so these trials convert and stay longer.
