Add the ability to set font on the module component of the sidebar element.

The sidebar module component only lets you change color and does not have all the standard controls like font type, boarders, corners, etc that are available for the other components. It would be nice to have those settings available.

It's ridiculous that we're still not able to make basic edits to the sidebar element of our members area. Is it really that hard to let us change the font / font size / font weight of the Module component of the sidebar? The fact that CF 2.0 was released over 2 years ago and something this important hasn't been fixed yet is actually insane.
