Thanks for the feedback. This is a fairly general request. However we suspect what your looking for is to collect additional information from a user when they purchase.

You can do this by adding a custom input form field directly into a checkout form. Allowing you to do thinks like collect a name, phrase, ect you want to use to customize the product they purchased.
