Would love to have the individual "user levels" inside of community next to our community / courses usernames

Instead of ONLY leveling up from engagement points (which is awesome)

Please allow admins the ability to set CUSTOM points for multiple use cases.

Ex. If i host a challenge via Zoom, i would like to be able to ADD points for user who may have participated in the ZOOM call so they can level up and unlock resources from the leaderboards (which im sure you are adding in eventually)
