Feature Requests

I would like to be able to start automations based on an email reader replying with a spicific keyword to create more engaging email funnels. For example: Reply to this email with "guide" and I'll send you a free guide. Helps with your email engagement, deliverability and staying in the main inbox.

Hey Dev team, it would be awesome to have folders for our workflows. It's a bit hectic with loads and loads of workflows for different funnels. Same would be for broadcast emails so it's easier to navigate :) Appreciate you guys

ActiveCampaign has the "Automation Map" feature which I miss so much. As workflow designs get complex and workflows start calling/triggering each other, it would be great to have a visualization of which workflow is called by other workflows, and which workflows the current calls.

Please add a feature where we can archive them. Not just the other workflows.

Scenario: the contact is going through a nurturing workflow that has tens of scheduled weekly emails. However, we want to promote a new product to this contact. It would be great to pause that contact's flow in the nurturing workflow (based on tag applied for example) until the promo period is over. That's just one scenario that functionality could be used for.

Add ability to move customer from one path to another path inside a workflow.

I could like to be able to filter contacts by who has booked a certain time of appointment with me retrospectively so that I can tag them. I know you can do this with a workflow but there have been a number of people in the last year who have been consultation calls with me and I would like to be able to separate them and email them without manually tagging each person by going through my appointments.

Add additional fields. You have no date fields for clients' birthdays. If I switch my CRM from Keap to CF (Which is what I want to do) I will have to stop sending digital birthday cards which will reflect badly on me. With Keap you can create your very own date and name fields. Please add this so you can complete with Keap, so we have more options ASAP. Thank you.

I see the "scheduled appointment" as a trigger type on the workflow automation but I'm surprised that cancelled and & rescheduled aren't. Can we add them so that we can create automated workflows for them? Thanks!
