Add the ability to share an entire workspace.
Ramses Rodriguez
The offer for my continuing support program would be so JUICY if I could tell them "Ill build your funnel hub and funnels in one of my workspaces and when its all ready and up and running, iI can transfer it to you! You wont even have to pay for an account you're not even using until its DONE!" I think that would be an amazing thing for me to say in my offer!!!! I totally would want this feature!

Thanks for your feedback! This will be solved by our other feature request "Share Workspaces" which is already in progress. I cannot provide an ETA on release date, but just keep an eye out for it in the future. I will now merge this post with that one. Thanks again!

Workspace Cloning to New Subscription
Ingvar Ingolfsson
Objective: Introduce a feature enabling users to create a workspace within their ClickFunnels subscription, configure it as a template, and then duplicate and transfer this template directly to a new client’s subscription while maintaining an affiliate connection.
Details:
Workspace Template Creation: Users should be able to design a comprehensive workspace that includes all necessary components such as funnel hubs, funnels, workflows, email sequences, products, and courses, and set this workspace as a reusable template.
Efficient Duplication and Transfer: Facilitate the ability to copy this template workspace from the service provider’s account to a new client’s ClickFunnels subscription created with affiliate connection to the service provider. Efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and setup for the client.
Crucially, the process should ensure that the new client’s subscription is linked as an affiliate under the service provider, thereby preserving and enhancing the service provider’s affiliate revenue stream.
Scale and Customization: This feature is vital for scaling services, potentially affecting a significant number of new monthly subscriptions. It should cater to high-volume operations, enabling service providers to deploy customized solutions rapidly for each new client while ensuring consistency and quality.
Strategic Impact: Implementing this feature could dramatically streamline the process of onboarding new clients, saving substantial time and resources. It would also reinforce the loyalty of service providers to ClickFunnels by providing a powerful tool for business expansion, thereby potentially increasing the platform’s market penetration and user base.
Importance: This functionality is not merely a convenience but a critical feature for large scale operations that could influence the decision of service providers to continue using ClickFunnels at scale. It aligns with the needs of users who manage multiple clients and are looking to streamline their operations, enhance their efficiency, and maximize their affiliate benefits.
I see two possible solutions to this.
A: We first create a new subscription with our affiliate link together with our client, then from that subscription we would use a share link as we do today for funnels and copy the entire workspace into their workspace overwriting everything there.
B: We clone the "template" workspace in our subscription then we do a owner transfer of that workspace into a new subscription that is linked to our affiliate link.
I think that option B is easier to develop but it has it downsize that the service provider would always need to have a "free" workspace license so they can use this, that would be fine in our case since we will have agency subscription with 10 work spaces but that is not certain for all users.
We have been doing this with WP sites for a while, we work in mostly two to three niches where we have created the ultimate sites with a lot of features that is normally only seen on websites for enterprises but since we are selling the same site again and again then SMB´s can have enterprise sites at low prices. In WP this is easy since we just do a server copy of the whole template to a new site.
Hope this makes sense for more people than me, image doing the work once and selling it 100 times ;)

Master Account (Master Workspace)
Dan Havey
What would be super-cool and incredibly useful would be to create a Master Account that would hold all of your Workspaces.
In this Account you could create funnel pages and stand-alone pages, as well as style guides and saved templates/blocks/pages, create universal pages, and even store images and custom fonts.
Then when you create a new Workspace you could load those assets into the new WS. You could also move items out of WS-1 into the Master Account and then into WS-2.
When you 'deliver' a finished WS to a client you would be able to retain a copy of any work you created in your Master Account.
Bonnie Masack
Yes, this is a very important option for me in the medium term. I would love to be able to build up a funnelhub on a workspace and be able to give the entire workspace over to another clickfunnels account, or sell it. Thank you

The workaround is VERY lengthy - this would be extremely appreciated!

Share Funnelhubs
Febr Sven
The ability to create a funnelhub (website) and share that like a funnel so we can build websites for clients on our accounts and then share that with them to create their affiliate account.
